The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) fell 20-point-65 points, or zero-point-76 percent, on Friday, closing the week at two-thousand-696-point-06.
The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also fell, losing three-point-57 points, or zero-point-38 percent, to close at 924-point-44.
On the foreign exchange, the local currency weakened four-point-nine won against the dollar, ending the day at one-thousand-229-point-six won.
