The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) fell 28-point-39 points, or zero-point-99 percent, on Friday, closing the week at two-thousand-834-point-29.
The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also fell, losing 15-point-85 points, or one-point-65 percent, to close at 942-point-85.
On the foreign exchange, the local currency weakened one-point-six won against the dollar, ending the day at one-thousand-194 won.
