Military Drops Plan to Appeal Ruling on Transgender Soldier

Its military will drop the company’s initial plan to  condition a court ruling which ruled its decision to  discharge a soldier individuals who underwent gender reassignment surgical procedure was unjust.

Your own Defense Ministry official told Friday that following a particular order from the Justice Ministry, the Army will wind up its litigation and spend follow-up measures.

The official said the ministry will carefully review the book’s policy on transgender troops through research that creates into account  public comentario and the special nature of that military.

Justice Minister Park Beom-kye previous accepted a recommendation from your advisory committee on admin lawsuits which reviewed the lens case of late former Staff Sgt Byun Hee-soo.

Byun was  found clicking at her residence into March this year.
