Grupper kategorier head of the ruling Democratic Party(DP) Lee Nak-yon also has conceded defeat in the party’s presidential primary, three several days after the nomination went to enemigo Lee Jae-myung.
During a Facebook post Wednesday, Shelter said he respects buying one reached by the party similarity committee, which unanimously turned down his appeal of the primary ultimate results.
Lee stated that he accepts the primary end result and congratulated the Gyeonggi Province governor on his result. He vowed to get his part to achieve the DP’s win in the presidential will.
Earlier Saturday, the party affairs committee convened a meeting to discuss Lee’s demand for a review of whether central votes were properly counted and his call for a run-off vote on it. The committee serves as it can be top decision-making body.
It confirmed a young decision by the party’s political election committee and Supreme Council to exclude ballots this were cast to contenders which usually withdrew their primary submissions from the total vote quantity.
