Travel Bans Issued against 2 Fathers for Failing to Pay Child Support

Travel bans were issued against small amount of fathers who failed to reward over 100 million had victory in child support, firstly case of its kind in the country.

According to the Ministry of Sex Equality and Family about Monday, the bans are issued against the fathers, Kim and Hong, following a wall review.

That comes after revisions to the son or daughter support law which came into force on July tough luck this year. Included in the measures are definitely travel ban, as well as the postponement, interruption of driving licenses toward any parent who doesn’t make the payments.  

Since their court-ordered detention in July, Imagine has yet to pay 117-point-two million won in past due child support, and Hong 125-thousand-six million won.

Neither Kim not Hong responded to the ministry’s offer of a ten session deadline for them to deliver the availability of positions upon a get the ban from their loan creditors.
